  • If you purchase products on behalf of a company, you confirm you hold full legal authorization to bind that business entity to these terms.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service, block account access or cancel pending orders for users who violate our regulations.

3. Product Information & Pricing

  1. All wheelchair, mobility scooter and accessory product descriptions, pictures, specifications and prices are posted for reference only. We reserve the right to adjust prices without prior notice due to raw material cost, logistics fluctuation or inventory updates.
  2. We strive to guarantee picture-text consistency, but minor color or size deviations caused by screen display differences will not be deemed product defects.
  3. Listed prices do not include shipping fees, expedited delivery surcharges or applicable US state sales tax unless specially marked.
  4. OEM & customized orders require signed quotation confirmation before production; deposit payments are non-refundable once manufacturing begins.

4. Order & Payment Rules

  1. After you complete checkout, we will send an order confirmation email to your submitted address. Please verify order details within 24 hours; we cannot modify orders once shipped from our US warehouse.
  2. We accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal as official payment methods. All payment transactions are processed through third-party secure gateways; we do not store your complete credit card data on our servers.
  3. If your payment fails or is disputed unreasonably, we have the right to cancel your order and restrict future purchases.
  4. Bulk wholesale orders require a deposit ratio agreed by both parties before production arrangement.

5. Shipping & Delivery

  1. We ship all in-stock items from our local warehouses across the United States via USPS, UPS or FedEx. Delivery timeframes displayed on product pages are estimated values and not legally guaranteed.
  2. We are not liable for delivery delays caused by carrier emergencies, extreme weather, address errors provided by customers, customs clearance or force majeure events.
  3. You must inspect package integrity within 7 business days after delivery. Claims for damaged, missing or incorrect goods must be submitted within this period with photos and order numbers.

6. Return, Refund & Exchange

All return, restocking fee and refund rules are fully defined in our independent Return & Refund Policy page. This Terms document supplements rather than replaces the dedicated refund rules.

Key brief rule: All non-defective customer returns require a valid RMA number and are subject to a 20% restocking fee plus customer-borne return shipping cost.

7. User Conduct Prohibitions

Wheelchairs Hub shall not be held responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, business interruption or incidental damages arising from product use, delivery delays or website access failures, within the scope permitted by US federal and state law.

Our maximum total compensation liability for any single order shall not exceed the total amount you paid for that order.

10. Third-Party Embedded Content

Our website may contain embedded videos, tracking tools and external website links. We have no control over third-party platform policies, data collection rules or service quality, and assume no liability for third-party services you access through our site.
